Wow! Two of our own meet Jeff Kinney!
What an awesome experience two of our very own GES students had yesterday! Bronte and Owen S. attended the Jeff Kinney book signing event at the Science Museum of Virginia, sponsored by Richmond Children’s Book Store, bbgb. Not only did they get their book signed by the author of the Diary of a Wimpy Kid books, get their picture taken with him, get their picture taken with actors from the movie, but they also won the “Door Prize”!!! Which was LITERALLY a door.
This is definitely something that Bronte and Owen will remember for the rest of their lives! Check out these pictures that they shared with me this morning:
