2014 Reading Olympics a Resounding Success

On Monday, April 7, Randolph Elementary School hosted this year’s Reading Olympics Tournament (Mrs. Sue Vaughan, event chair). Our elementary schools fielded nine teams who worked hard all year reading great elementary literature and preparing for comprehension questions as part of this week’s culminating competition.

Our students performed exceptionally: intelligence, teamwork, sportsmanship, and honor. Thank you to all involved!

1st Place – Team “Reading 101″ from BES

2nd Place (tie) – Team “Book Divers” from GES

2nd Place (tie) – Team “Whatever Afters” from RES

3rd Place – Team “Rockin’ Readers” from RES
