HOW TO LOGIN
Go to: docs.goochlandschools.org
Sign in: (all lower case letters) UN: first name+last name+year of graduation PW: gcps+student number
Click on “Create New” to choose the type of document you are going to create. This is under the bulldog picture.
HOW TO SHARE YOUR DOCUMENT
Once the document opens, click on “SHARE” in the top right-hand corner
Choose “Share Settings”
You are going to share it with me. In the box, type: jabbott@goochlandschools.org
HOW TO UPLOAD DOCUMENTS FROM COMPUTER OR FLASHDRIVE
On the main screen choose “Upload” under the bulldog picture.
Drag the item from your computer onto the space it indicates on the screen.
A few things to remember
1. Everything you put on your account can be accessed from any computer with internet service. This includes home and school. You just have to login as yourself.
2. Every single edit or change that is done on Google Docs is recorded. Make sure you’re doing your own work. It keeps track of who made each change and at what time it occurred.
3. DO NOT share your password with anyone.
4. DO NOT “share” your essays or classwork with anyone but your teacher. This is something that can be tracked by your teacher as well.
