Nov. 11 to 15

Lang. Arts-  Students will be working on fluency this week by practicing some Readers Theaters to perform for Grandparents Day next week.    We will be working with a new genre of fiction;  fables and folk tales.  Students will be finishing up their work on reference materials.

Math- We will have our test on Time this Tuesday.  On Wednesday students will begin working with graphs.

Social Studies – This week we will be finishing up our unit on Ancient Civilizations Mali and our test will be on Friday.

Friday will be a Type I speaker day, Susan Sekerke from the Daily Planet will be our speaker. This day is also the culmination of our X-Out Homelessness Event! She will be taking our donations with her and we would like to fill the boxes!  Please bring in : –toothpaste/toothbrushes –gloves –scarves –hats –shaving cream
