Bill Fitzgerald Visits Matejka’s Class!

We were lucky to have Bill Fitzgerald from WTVR visit our English 8 classes at GMS.  He discussed journalism, non-fiction, and technology in the news field.  It was awesome and I want to thank him for taking the opportunity to talk to my students.  I hope this is an experience they will not forget!

Personal Day on Friday, February 6

Dear Friends,

I will be taking a personal day on Friday.  It is our little boy’s 7th birthday, so I will be enjoying some time with him.  I will also be exercising at the gym, etc, so wanted to let you know that I will be out in the community.  Teachers take days off as well.  Blessings for a great weekend to all of you!
