Seedfolks

My wonderful 7th graders are currently reading a novel entitled, Seedfolks. As an activity, we actually created seed packets for the characters in the book, discovered their nationality, and discussed what seeds were planted to displace stereotypes in a community.  Being creative is always a hit with my students.
